Fun Activities, established officially in 2015, was born from the shared passion of two lifelong friends and cousins, Paulo and João. Even before its formal inception, the concept of Fun Activities had been brewing in their minds as they explored the stunning wilderness of the Azores. Both professionals in mathematics but working in different fields, they longed to turn their shared joy into a sustainable venture that could be enjoyed by both visitors and locals. In 2015, Paulo took the first step and founded the company, paving the way for João and several other guides to join the team in the years that followed. Today, Fun Activities comprises a dedicated group of around 12 guides who are united by a simple principle: “We love what we do and want to share it with you!” The Fun Activities team is driven by their genuine passion for their work, ensuring that every experience they offer is infused with excitement, enjoyment, and a deep connection to the Azorean landscapes.
